Field Day! A

Today I will talk to you all about Field Day. Field Day is a day where everyone at my school has a day of fun. We play games, have bounce houses, and much more. First of all, our field day stared at 9:00 am. So before that we had free time in the classroom. My friends and I just sat and talked. Our first activity was the bounce houses! There was a bounce house slide, a bounce house obstacle course and just a bounce house. First we went to the bounce house. It was so crazy in there! then we went to the slide and I fell so much in there! it was so bouncy! Then the obstacle course. I got to race two people. My friends Karsyn and Angie. I beat both of them! And at the end of the course, there was a slide to go down! My favorite one was the obstacle course one! Of course! Then we went to see the teachers play volleyball against the fifth graders. The teachers won though. Next we went to a game. It is a game where you tie a string to a balloon and then tie that to your ankle and then you run around and try to pop other people's balloons. I didn't win, but I stayed in for a very long time. Next, we went to another game where you put on a belt with a tissue box filled with ten golf balls to it. then you shake and try to get the balls out. unfortunately, I did not get to play this game because there was not enough time left. Then we went outside to eat Kona Ice. Kona Ice is basically a snow cone. It was so good! Then we went in the room and watched the movie Incredible. Afterward, we went to this game where the teacher picks a student and you have to jump past both of them. But they keep spreading farther apart from each other. I made it to the fifth round. Next we had lunch. We ate in the classroom.My friends and I ate on the floor in a circle. It was delicious and fun! Then we did tug of war. First we did our class against another class, and we won! then we did girls against boys. The girls won! twice! Finally, we did birthdays in January to July. I was in that group since my birthday is in March. And there was August to December. We won first, then the other team won. Then we went to a water activity. Its where u have a huge bucket of water, a plastic bottle and a sponge. then u have four people in your group and you fill the sponge with water and you go to the plastic bottle on the other side of the playground and squeeze the water in the plastic bottle. we did not win but i think we got in 3rd place. Then we had a water fight! It was awesome! Finally, we played a game that when you put a bat standing up and you put forehead on it and you spin around eight times. Then you try to walk to the fence and go back. Then we went in the classroom and we watched a fun movie. The teacher passed out a key chain that said, "Field Day Fanatic". That was the end of the day and I had a really fun time!
