You have to try your best to keep your promises before you get use to lying to yourself. Next up, here are some tips to keep track of your promises and to not forget them. The first tip is to write them down. You can write them on paper, on your phone, or anything that will help you keep track of them. You can also ask a family member or a friend to remind you about your resolutions or promises. The last and final tip is to just remember them, or make a mental note. This way, you can remember all your goals without doing anything. But just remember if you use this method to actually remember your goals, don't forget about them!
