Hey guys! today I will be showing you how to DIY a banner! Lets get started!
What you will need:

• Tissue paper
• String
• Sewing needle                                                                                                                                                                                         The Steps:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
• Get different colors of tissue paper and Crumple them
• Put the string through the hole in the needle
• Poke the needle through each crumpled up ball
• tie knots at the end of each string part                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       There you go! that's how you make a pom pom banner!
